How does RTC strive to achieve their organizational goal to:
PROVIDE ETHICAL AND PERSON-CENTERED MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT TO OUR COMMUNITY IN AN OPEN-MINDED AND JUDGEMENT FREE SPACE WHERE YOU CAN BRING YOUR HIGHS AND LOWS TO A CARING PROFESSIONAL FOR GUIDANCE.
Providing individualized and person centered-care: which means that every person is different and needs to weave their own path to achieve the goals that brought them here. RTC provides that support.
Delivering evidence-based therapeutic approaches: this means that the basis for each approach has been extensively studied, tested, and researched as a tool with positive outcomes to treat the specific symptom you are experiencing. However, it is not one size fits all mold, some things will stick, some wont, that is why we are here to support that journey.
Having an open-minded and judgement free space: not every thinks alike, believes the same things, has the same struggles, or had the same experiences. We are here to provide a space where you can explore the things that you uniquely, unique.
Diversity in clinicians and clinical knowledge: each clinician at RTC has their own approach to providing services to their clients, with different skill sets and ways of communication. Being open with. your therapist about what is working and what isn’t is a great way to ensure you get the most of this experience.
